Storm brings flooding, rough surf to Bay County


PANAMA CITY BEACH, Fla. (WMBB) — Tropical Storm Marco is making landfall in Louisian but the impacts were felt Monday in Bay County.

Rough surf, flooded roads, an afternoon tornado warning and an ongoing tornado watch affected the area.
