Mosley is hosting their annual Panama City Invitational baseball tournament this week.
Eight schools from all over are participating in the four-day event. The tournament started Monday and will end this Thursday.
Mosley head coach Jon Hudson has been hosting the tournament since 2005 and is happy it could happen again this year.
“We really couldn’t decide if we were going to play or not so I was trying to keep in contact with the other coaches and they were wondering if we were gonna be able to play because you have to schedule these things in advance but I was pretty confident we were gonna be able to get it done and I know we needed it,” Hudson said. “The area needed baseball here and to have this tournament and continue it this year, it’s a big deal for everybody.”
Mosley will be in action each night at 6 p.m. The team took on Kingston from Tennessee Monday night. The Dolphins won the matchup 11-3.
Mosley is back in action Tuesday night to take on Brookwood.
