Four Arnold athletes sign to colleges Wednesday

PANAMA CITY BEACH, Fla. – Four Arnold High School athletes signed to play at the collegiate level Wednesday afternoon.

Soccer’s Taylor Bradley, football’s T.J. Holmes and Casey Peppers, and swimmer Maddie Campbell all signed their National Letters of Intent.

Holmes and Peppers actually signed to the same school, just different sports. They will both be attending Huntingdon College in Alabama in the fall.

T.J. Holmes signed to Faulkner University which is also in Montgomery, Alabama, close by to Peppers. The two schools are so close to each other that sometimes they play against one another.

Marlins swimmer Maddie Campbell signed to the University of West Florida.

Arnold Athletic director Rick Green said it’s so nice to see so many people come out and support the athletes on their big day.

“You know what can be bigger than a kid getting up here on senior day and speaking as they spoke to this crowd here,” Green said. “You know we had 300 people in here watching, and that’s the other great thing about Arnold High School is all the friends that show up here. Some of these other kids don’t play sports, they are here because they made great friends with the athletes.”
