PANAMA CITY, Fla. - Florida Highway Patrol released the name of the woman critically injured in a Thursday morning crash in Panama City.
Troopers said Patsy Luke, 41, of Panama City, was behind the wheel, when she drove off the road, side-swiped a concrete traffic barrier, and then hit a concrete culvert.
She was thrown from the vehicle.

Florida Highway Patrol is still investigating a serious crash in Panama City.
The accident happened around 2 a.m. on Highway 390 near Token Road on Thursday.
Bay County Deputies said a woman was rushed to the hospital with life threatening injuries after her car ran off the road and into a ditch.
When first responders found her, she was on the ground next to her car.
