Firefighters battle blaze at fast food restaurant in Santa Rosa Beach

SANTA ROSA BEACH, Fla. (WMBB) – South Walton firefighters are currently responding to Hardee’s to put out a fire.

According to South Walton Fire District’s Facebook page, the call came in as an exhaust hood fire, and when crews arrived they found moderate smoke coming from the roof.

It’s now a district-wide effort to extinguish the flames.
