An Okaloosa County man was arrested Tuesday for allegedly committing sexual activities involving animals.
Darius Galloway, 26, of Valparaiso, Fl. was accused of sexually molesting a horse.
According to a Valparaiso Police Department report, the occurrence took place at a local horse boarding facility on several occasions.
Police say the victim who boards the female horse notified the business owner when she noticed strange behavior by the horse.
After the second occurrence, the business owner placed a trail camera in the stable in hopes of catching the person in the act.
The property owner contacted police when he/she noticed a dark figure walking down the driveway Tuesday night.
Police arrived and found Galloway in the stall with his shirt pulled up around his neck and his pants were sagging. He also had the trail camera in his hand.
Police say Galloway was charged with petit theft, burglary of an unoccupied structure and sexual conduct with an animal.
