Three arrested after meth manufacture and distribution investigation

According to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office, three people are arrested following an investigation in the illegal manufacture and distribution of methamphetamine in Marianna, Florida.

Officials say a search warrant was executed at a residence located off Tobe Lane in the Rocky Creek Community. The investigation and subsequent search warrant came as a result of numerous citizen complaints and tips indicating that the suspects, Jonathon C. Coulliette and Chelsea A. Walker were regularly manufacturing and distributing meth from the location.

During the course of the search, Investigators located a series of items consistent with the manufacture, use and distribution of Meth. Those items included various forms of drug paraphernalia including used needles, glass smoking pipes, spoons, baggies and scales.

Investigators also located chemicals and other items used in the manufacture of meth including coffee filters, lye, a bottle of suspected muriatic acid, rubber tubing, a pill grinder, and approximately 106 grams of methamphetamine oil. Approximately two grams of Crystal meth was located as well in addition to less than 20 grams of marijuana and two types of highly abused prescription medications.

At the conclusion of the investigation, both Coulliette and Walker were placed under arrest along with a third suspect, Christian Williford, who was present at the time the warrant was executed. Williford is believed to have been staying at the residence for and extended period of time.

Johnathon Clarence Coulliette of Marianna was charged with:

  • Trafficking Methamphetamine
  • Manufacture of Methamphetamine
  • Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
  • Possession of a firearm by a convicted felon (2 counts)
  • Possession of ammunition by a convicted felon
  • Possession of marijuana less than 20 grams
  • Possession of a controlled substance (Adderol)
  • Possession of a controlled substance (Xanax)

Chelsea Anne Walker of Marianna was charged with:

  • Trafficking Methamphetamine
  • Manufacture of Methamphetamine
  • Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
  • Possession of marijuana less than 20 grams
  • Possession of a controlled substance (Adderol)
  • Possession of a controlled substance (Xanax)
