Thomas Hutchinson heads to trial again after Two previous Mistrials

After two previous mistrials, the man accused of manslaughter in the October 2015 death of of 46-year-old Timothy Morrell heads to trial once again. 

Thomas Hutchinson was on trial back in January in the manslaughter case when Judge Brantley Clark stopped the proceedings and declared a mistrial. 

Clark determined, because Hutchinson smoked marijuana the night before, he was unable to help with his defense. In the second attempt just earlier this month, the mistrial was caused by a jury problem. 

A jury has been selected. The trial is set to begin Tuesday at 9 am at the Bay County courthouse.
