A Fort Walton Beach teenager is the first suspect to be charged in connection with a rash of weekend BB gun attacks and vandalism, according to Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Deputies.
Officials said Thomas Mueller, 18, admitted he was driving his Jeep while other teens in the vehicle fired at people and property.
The teens are accused of firing at a bicyclist and pedestrian as well as busting the windows of more than 16 vehicles, according to deputies. Two of the cars were new BMWs at ZT Motors.
Mueller is charged with Principal to Aggravated Battery.
Deputies said they are still investigating and expect to make additional arrests.
