Several PCB properties to be demolished due to code violations

News

Panama City Beach officials announced on Facebook that two properties in the city are being demolished due to numerous code issues.

According to the post, this includes both Cobb Street Church and the Alvin’s Island on Front Beach Road across from the County Pier.

The Facebook post says “the cost of bringing the properties up to standard was too great to justify the expenditure so owners opted to demolish the properties.”
