Bay District has locked down two schools as officers search for a handcuffed fugitive who escaped custody Friday morning.
Devar San Jacus Donaldson, 27, was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, and shorts. He fled the Foxwood Apartments area heading towards Highway 231. Anyone who sees him is asked to call 911.
In response to this search Bay District has locked down Jinks Middle School and Bay High School. Citing a different security concern, the district also locked down Hiland Park Elementary School this morning.
