News

The deadline to file for a loan with the Small Business Administration’s disaster assistance office was Monday.

The organization’s spokesperson said as of Monday, the’ve provided more than $363 million in loans to Bay County residents, homeowners, businesses and non-profits. The spokesperson said that number will only go up as they review more applications.

“That is a significant number of disaster loans to be approved. That means more homeowners and renters and businesses will be able to recover from this disaster and that’s really important to this community,” Laurie Dana, the SBA public affairs specialist, said.

Although the deadline was Monday, you may still be able to submit a late application. Go to the website below and add a note about why your application is late.
