Panama City Beach Police announced the arrest of Kristopher Parish and Tara Parish on Thursday night.
The arrests stem from a report saying Kristopher sent sexually explicit text messages to a teenage girl.
He provided incriminating statements and confessed to sending the messages.
Tara admitted she knew her husband was sending the messages and inappropriately touching the juvenile.
The messages were recovered on the victim’s phone.
Kristopher was charged with soliciting a minor for sex, unlawful use of a two-way communication device, tampering with evidence, and lewd or lascivious molestation.
Tara was charged with child neglect.
The couple was taken to the Bay County Jail to await first appearance.
The investigation is ongoing and additional charges are pending.
