Man drowns Wednesday on Panama City Beach

PANAMA CITY BEACH, Fla. (WMBB) — Panama City Beach officials say a 29-year-old Hispanic man drowned on Wednesday near Front Beach Road and Oleander Drive.

They say it happened around 12 p.m.

Bystanders pulled the distressed swimmer out of the water near Beach Access 45 and Beach Safety performed CPR.
