Panama City Beach police investigating early morning stabbing

PANAMA CITY BEACH, Fla.- Panama City Beach Police responded to a stabbing early Saturday morning. 

It happened around 5 a.m. at a home off Front Beach Road and South Wells street. Police said they responded to the call regarding an altercation. 

When they arrived, they found a man with lacerations on his body. He has been transported to Bay Medical and his injuries are not considered life-threatening. 

The case is still under investigation and authorities say this incident is not related to the Thunder Beach rally.
