Conditions worsen as Tropical Storm Fred nears landfall in Panama City Beach

PANAMA CITY BEACH, Fla. (WMBB) — Tropical Storm Fred is beginning to move its way onto the Emerald Coast.

News 13 This Morning was at M.B. Miller County Pier in Panama City Beach on Monday reporting on the changing conditions on the beach.

The storm is expected to make landfall and move fully onshore throughout Monday afternoon.
