Lynn Haven, Fla. - Lynn Haven Mayor Margo Anderson will spend her Friday night singing "A Country Christmas" for a cause.
All of the event's proceeds will benefit the Lynn Haven Heritage Society's efforts in restoring the historic McMullin library.
The mayor has been singing for decades and owns a music business with her husband.
She will be performing tributes to to Patsy Cline, Loretta Lynn, Dolly Parton and more.
Anderson says the concert's venue holds a special place in Lynn Haven's history.
"Hank Williams Sr. has performed on the stage upstairs. One of the things that's very interesting is the stage is quite small. There are beautiful hand painted murals all through the building. So in addition to the concert, if you haven't seen the inside of this beautiful historic building in Lynn Haven, it's just a treat to walk through it," Anderson said.
The are still tickets available for twenty dollars each.
Doors will open at 6 p.m. Friday night.
