Man pleads guilty, sentenced for crash that killed woman

(WMBB) — A man will spend 15 years in prison for a crash that killed a woman in 2018.

Guillermo Serna Lopez pled guilty Thursday to DUI manslaughter and driving with no valid license resulting in death charges.

On March 4, 2018, Lopez was involved in a Bay County car crash. The crash killed Kimberly Mason instantly.

Lopez’s blood alcohol level was twice the legal limit.
