PANAMA CITY, Fla. (WMBB) — The Bay County Sheriff’s Office has released the identities of the two victims in the double homicide that occurred in a residence on Delmar Drive on the evening of January 26.
Robert Shawn Fowler, age 48, and Robert Keith Gilmore, age 51, were found deceased at the home. Both were Georgia residents.
The investigation is ongoing.
