Home Search Leads to Child Neglect Charges

Washington County, Fla. - A search of a home leads to the arrest of two on multiple felony charges. Investigator responded to a home on bethel road after receiving reports of drug activity.

34 year old David Waddell and 29 year old Justina Williams gave investigators consent to search the home. According to the Washington County Sheriff's Office, that search turned up three bags of meth, a loaded 12 gauge shotgun, and an empty pen ink pen which contained Methamphetamine residue.

Both were charged with possession of meth and drug paraphernalia. Williams was also charged with use or display of a firearm during a felony along with child neglect due to a child being in the home and all items being within reach.
