Gulf Coast Jam Producers Hold ACM Watch Party, Donate to Charity

Sunday was a big day for country music fans.

Gulf Coast Jam tickets went on sale that morning, and the Academy of Country Music awards were on later that evening.

Country fans gathered at Firefly restaurant in Panama City Beach for the ACM watch party and for a good cause.

PCB Entertainment, the creators of the Pepsi Gulf Coast Jam, will donate a portion of each ticket sale to the ACM Lifting Lives charity.

Lifting Lives develops and funds music-related therapy and education programs.

Florida Georgia Line, Eric Church and Thomas Rhett are just a few of the artists coming to the panhandle for the 2018 Pepsi Gulf Coast Jam in August.

Tickets went on sale at 8 a-m- this morning and the executive producer of the festival says they’re going fast.

“We sell to all 50 states, we sell to 14 countries. The bottom line is, Gulf Coast Jam is in the top seven events in the country and honestly, with our line up this year, with Eric Church, Florida Georgia Line, and Thomas Rhett, by far our biggest year ever as far as over all talent. It just shows that world talent comes right here to Panama City Beach,” Rendy Lovelady, Gulf Coast Jam’s Executive Producer, said.
