GCSC Holds Annual Student Art Show

It was the opening day for Gulf Coast State College’s annual student art show Sunday.

Paintings, sculptures, drawings, digital designs, and figure sculptures from art students were featured.

“This is usually one of my favorite shows for the year. You really kind of get to see what the students have been working on and how much they’ve grown over the course of the year. The work, as you can see, is pretty impressive,” Pavel Amromin,a Visual and Performing Arts assistant professor, said.

The artwork will be on display at the Amelia center for the next two weeks and admission is free.
