CALLAWAY, Fla. (WMBB) - A food giant is doing its part to help disaster relief efforts in Florida.
The company is going to be serving meals to the Callaway community recovering from Hurricane Michael.
Tyson Foods was just in Georgia for three days serving people impacted by the storm.
This is all part of Tyson's "Meals That Matter" disaster relief program.
The company will be serving food and water starting at 10 a.m. Tuesday in the Callaway Walmart parking lot.
Tyson has send cook teams from Arkansas, Texas and Tennessee. They also plan to have more assistance from Oklahoma and Missouri.
They are looking for local volunteers to assist with wrapping and distribution.
A company spokesperson said they plan to stay in Callaway until at least Friday or Saturday, but will adjust their schedule depending on need.
