Felon arrested for possession of a firearm in Panama City Beach


PANAMA CITY BEACH, Fla. – A convicted felon is arrested in Bay County after firing a handgun in a public area.

Brandon Rodgers got in to a verbal argument yesterday afternoon on Chickasaw Street in Panama City Beach.

During the altercation he allegedly approached the victim with a pistol in hand and stated “I live like that,” before discharging a round in the victim’s direction.

Rodgers was officially charged with illegally processing a firearm and discharging it in public.
