The accident occured at State Road 79 and Starla Lane at 11 a.m. on Tuesday.
A 2017 Chevy Silverado was traveling south on State Road 79, as a 2012 Chevy Silverado was traveling north on State Road 79.
The driver of 2017 Chevy failed to negotiate a curve causing the vehicle to cross over the center line of State Road 79.
This action caused the front left of the 2017 Chevy to collide with the right front of the 2012 Chevy.
After the collision, the 2017 became engulfed in flames.
The two passengers in the 2012 Silverado are in critical condition.
The investigation is still pending, along with the identification of the driver of the 2017 Chevy who was pronounced dead at the scene.
