PANAMA CITY, Fla. - Downtown Panama City was transformed into a place for fathers across Bay County to come celebrate Fathers Day a day early.
On every 3rd Saturday of each month this summer, historic Downtown Panama City is turned into a free street festival for the public.
This month, the festival is dedicated to dads.
The event included bounce houses for the kids, live music from the Barry Fish Band, and great food.
The Rotary Club partnered with Legendary Marine to raffle off a 23 ft. pontoon boat as well.
"Because it's a celebration of dads, we just have a bunch of cool stuff for dads to look at and participate in. Indian from Panama City Beach is here set up with some bikes and a cool new sling shot so, just a great time to come down to downtown Panama City," said Daric Freeman, DIB Executive Director.
The next event planned for downtown Panama City will be the "Salute to Freedom" event taking place on July 4th.
