PANAMA CITY - The Recovery Oriented System of Care in Bay County (ROSC) is hosting a community wellness day on Sunday, Dec. 9 from noon to 3 P.M.
The goal is to provide information on signs and symptoms of mental health and/or substance use as well as resources in the wake of Hurricane Michael.
The free event will be held at the Callaway Arts and Conference Center, 500 Callaway Parkway.
