More details about the deal between former Lynn Haven City Manager Mike White and the city were released to the public Wednesday.
White resigned Tuesday night and the city revealed one page of a separation agreement but declined to release the full agreement. The city did release that agreement Wednesday following a records request from News 13.
As we reported Tuesday night White will be paid $5,691.20 in accrued salary, $21,342 in accrued personal time off, $5,122.08 in full accrued sick leave and $14,000.46 in repair costs for his personal ATV which was damaged while being used for official city business following Hurricane Michael. The agreement also bans White from working for the city again.
The agreement also states that White will be paid a pro-rated amount of $336 for health insurance and $37.5 for his cell phone allowance.
Each party pays for its own attorney’s fees and costs.
Also, officials confirmed to News 13 that these payments are all one time items. White will receive no further money after the payments are made.
