Circuit Judge James Fensom to Retire

Panama City, Fla. - Circuit Judge James Fensom will retire at the end of this year, according to a letter he sent Governor Rick Scott. 

"The vote of confidence I received during the appointment process and two elections was gratifying and appreciated," Fensom wrote. "The position of Circuit Judge has been a rewarding experience and it has been an honor and a privilege to serve." 

Fensom wrote that his resignation will be effective on December 31 of this year and that he will be available to continue to serve in the position of senior circuit judge.
