Nationwide, Big Brother Big Sister affiliates were seeing trends of less kids served and difficulties recruiting male volunteers, prompting a new logo with new colors and new catch phrase.
The goal is still the same: help children reach their potential through professionally supported one-to-one relationships with volunteer mentors.
The hope is a new look can help recruit more volunteers with an emphasis on men.
The agency in Bay County will also follow suit.
In Bay County, there are currently 13 kids without a mentor and of those, 11 of them are boys.
To become a mentor, call 763-KIDS.
