BCSO Requesting Help from the Public to Find Suspect

The Bay County Sheriffs Office is asking for your help identifying a woman. Today, they released a video and a picture of the woman.

The Bay County Sheriff’s Office Financial Crimes Unit is investigating a case involving stolen and forged checks. Back in April, a local couple noticed  two of their checks went missing, and they discovered that someone used those checks after a trip to their bank.

Surveilance footage was then obtained from both businesses. The videos showed the same woman using the stolen checks at the businesses. The suspect is being described as being a white female with blonde hair, who appears to be in her 40’s with a slim build. anyone with information is asked to call the Bay County Sheriff’s Office or Crime Stoppers at 785 TIPS.
