PANAMA CITY, Fla. (WMBB) — The Bay County Department of Emergency Services is reminding residents that the county’s curfew and alcohol sales bans remain in effect.

The 6:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. curfew is in effect for all parts of Bay County. The only exception is within the city limits of Panama City Beach. The city extended to extend the night curfew to 9 p.m. to allow people to travel on the island to jobs.

Alcohol sales are banned county-wide until further notice.

The county wants to clear up any misinformation about current restrictions.
