PANAMA CITY, Fla. (WMBB) – Traycee Green from Pure Platinum Health & Fitness joins the News 13 team every Wednesday to share workout tips or a healthy recipe.

This week, Personal Trainer, Traycee Green, from Pure Platinum was in studio to show us balance exercises.

“Stationary balance is the easiest. But once we get moving it gets a little bit harder,” said Green.

Green said looking down will be easier and looking forward will be harder.
