Ross has always loved the weather. When he was young, his parents liked to joke that they would “take away the weather channel” from him when he was in trouble. He has always had the an obsession, some would say. This should let you know that he takes this job very seriously and that he truly loves it. He is not one to hype a situation and will never give you anything other than his honest opinion. He will always give you his best and most sincere forecast.
This is Ross’ third job in the broadcast business. He started in eastern Kentucky with Eastern Kentucky Broadcasting, now Mountain Top. There, he worked as a weekend meteorologist and helped produce and shoot sports. He even produced an hour long football show each week. He came to Panama City from Little Rock where he was a forecaster for 9 different TV stations across the US. He was doing 6 to 10 newscasst daily.
Now, Ross is happily here in the Panhandle and ready to serve this community. He is married and has a beautiful wife, no kids for now and one awesome black lab. He hopes you will welcome him into your home daily at 5, 6 & 10 P.M.
