WEWAHITCHKA, Fla. - Wewahitchka just keeps churning out D1 commitments.
Stud catcher Gracie Price committed to the University of Central Florida on Friday.
Get this – she’s only a freshman, which means her talent on the softball field is only going to grow stronger.
Grace had interest from several Division One teams, including Mississippi State, Florida, and virginal, but she felt the most comfortable with UCF.
“Everything is so close together and modern, and the coaches at UCF are just outstanding,” Price says, “Every day I am out here hitting and fielding, and its finally paid off. I started going to camps when I was really young and ever since then I’ve been on a lot of visits. You have to start really young, and then once you're working, you can’t ever stop, you have to keep going."
