ATHENS, Ga. - Mosley alum and University of Georgia freshman T'ara Caesar is already making waves in the SEC.
She has been named as the conference's freshman of the week for her play in the team’s opening weekend.
Caesar helped lead the Bulldogs to a 4-0 start in her first career games, with a team leading 38 kills, which is currently second among all SEC players.
She also has a team-best five aces.
The college freshman was a standout star the last few years for the Mosley Dolphins, but tore her ACL last season. She did return in time to help her team from the service line in a district playoff win.
Looks like the ol’ knee isn't giving her any trouble now in Athens.
