Grand Slam Baseball Returns to PCB

PANAMA CITY BEACH, Fla. - Teams came to Panama City Beach from all over this weekend for the 13th Annual Battle at the Beach Baseball Bash.

This is one of the larger weekend tournaments Grand Slam does, kicking off a full summer schedule of events. This weekend's competitors range from 8 and under up to 14 and under, with teams coming from 6 different states.

Each Grand Slam event is huge for PCB, drawing in thousands of visitors from all over the country and generating millions of dollars of revenue.

Tournament CEO and owner Larry Thompson Jr. says the event wouldn't be possible without the joint efforts of the TDC, Panama City Beach, local bussinesses, and the local teams.
