Woman Charged with Helping Teen Accused of Murder

PANAMA CITY BEACH, Fla. - A third person now faces charges in connection to a Sunday night murder on Panama City Beach. 

Crystal Rose Briscoe, 43, of Panama City, is charged with accessory after the fact to second-degree murder.

Panama City Beach Police investigators say Briscoe allowed Tyree Maddox to hide out at her residence and then drove Maddox to Citrus County, FL knowing he was involved in the murder of Ples Robinson.

Investigators say Maddox shot Robinson first while they were in a parking lot of Shoppes of Edgewater. Then, Diontez Mccoy allegedly shot Robinson twice.

McCoy and Maddox are charged with second-degree murder. 

Briscoe was arrested today following a search of her home. She is also facing drug charges.
