Two Arrests Made in Magnolia Avenue Murder

PANAMA CITY, Fla. - Panama City Police arrested two people for the murder of Owen Frazier, 20, of Lynn Haven.

He died Wednesday afternoon after he was shot in the head on Magnolia Avenue, during an altercation with two men.

Police officers arrested Marcus Larry, 20, of Panama City, and Claude Cook, 17, of Panama City, and charged them with murder and armed robbery with a firearm.

Officers said Larry and Cook tried to rob Frazier and forcefully take a baggy of what appeared to be Marijuana from him. 

During the altercation, officers said Cook shot Frazier in the head. Frazier was pronounced dead at the hospital a short time later.
