PANAMA CITY, Fla - Two people are in the Bay County Jail after illegal narcotics were found in their vehicle.
According to the Bay County Sheriff's Office, Investigators from the Special Investigations Division conducted a traffic stop on Andrew Garrettson, 34, and Terri Nazworth, 28. Nazworth was immediately taken into custody due to outstanding warrants.
A drug detection dog alerted investigators to drugs inside the vehicle. A search revealed 21 grams of meth, 7 grams of cocaine, a loaded firearm, marijuana, and a white powder that officials believe may be Fentanyl.
Garrettson has been charged with Trafficking in Methamphetamine, Possession of Ammunition by a Convicted Felon, Possession of Firearm by a Convicted Felon, Possession of Cocaine, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana less than twenty grams, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Nazworth has been charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana less than twenty grams, Possession of Paraphernalia, and three outstanding warrants for Failure to Appear, Battery, and Resisting Arrest Without Violence.
