Two Arrested in PCB Drug Bust

PANAMA CITY BEACH, Fla - A Bay County couple has been arrested after a search of their home uncovered thousands of prescription pills.

On March 17, Investigators served a search warrant at an apartment on Panama City Beach. During the search, they found over 2,000 30mg oxycodone pills, about 40 prescription pills and 810 tablets that were stamped to appear like xanax but don't appear to have been manufactured by a drug company. Those tablets were sent to the FDLE Lab for testing and verification. Also found were small amounts of cocaine, meth, heroin, marijuana, synthetic marijunana and several handguns. 

Robert "Drew" Miller, 26, and Savannah Dick, 21, were arrested after the search was complete. 

Miller was charged with Trafficking in Oxycodone, Possession of Controlled Substance (Alprazolam) with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Heroin, Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Marijuana less than 20 grams, Possession of Synthetic Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Dick was charged with Trafficking in Oxycodone, Possession of Controlled Substance (Alprazolam) with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Heroin, Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Marijuana less than 20 grams, Possession of Synthetic marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
