A man and a teenager facing multiple felony charges after allegedly going on a tri-county crime spree this weekend.

Leon County Sheriff's deputies say 31-year-old Carlester Fryson held the store manager and cashier of a Dollar General at gunpoint, pistol-whipped them and took an undisclosed amount of money. Fryson's accomplice, 18-year-old Brittany Nutter, was waiting in a truck and the pair escaped the area, officials wrote.

A few minutes later the pair carjacked a woman near Bloxham Cutoff and left the scene in two separate vehicles.

During their escape, the pair crashed one of the cars and stole a cell phone.

They were finally arrested, 4 miles east of the Bay County line, by a Florida Highway Patrol officer and a Calhoun County deputy.
