PANAMA CITY, Fla. - The Bay County Sheriff's Office Special Investigations Division (SID) arrested two people Tuesday after discovering illegal narcotics during a search warrant.
On Tuesday investigators developed information that illegal narcotics activity was taking place at a home in the Springfield area, officials wrote in a news release. A search warrant was obtained and served at the residence.
During a search of the home, investigators found drug paraphernalia, nine grams of crystal methamphetamine (ICE) and 16 prescription pills.
Arrested were Tamara Kye-Dawn Prier, 25, of 7506 Yellow Bluff Road, on charges of possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, four counts of possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia, and Dustin A. Sikes, 26, a transient, on charges of possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, four counts of possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
