PANAMA CITY, Fla. - Thousands gathered in Downtown Panama City Saturday night for one of the most anticipated holiday events of the season. The annual Jaycees Christmas Parade made it's way down Harrison Avenue.
Some families were so excited they started setting up chairs for the parade early Saturday afternoon.
When the parade kicked off around 7:00 p.m., the streets were buzzing with excitement as nearly 100 Christmas floats and vehicles cruised from the Panama City Marina to Bay High School.
News 13 brought you the parade live on MeTV and also made an appearance, as well as the man him self Santa Claus.
The parade will be re-aired on Christmas morning from 5:00 to 7:00 a.m.
