A teenager shot two people over the weekend, Panama City police wrote in a news release.
The shooting occurred in the street in front of a house party on East Seventh Street that was taking place, on Saturday November 28th at approximately 12:30 a.m. As a result of the shooting, two victims were shot by suspect Keveon N. Wright. Both victims were inside of their car and were attempting to leave the residence due to an altercation, when they were approached and shot by Wright.
Both victims were hospitalized due to their gunshot wounds and are expected to make a full recovery.
Wright, 16, is currently housed in DJJ, charged with two counts of attempted murder, shooting into an occupied vehicle, felon in possession of a firearm and discharging firearm in public.
