Teen Agrees to Testify Against Shooter in Exchange for 10 years in Murder Case

PANAMA CITY, Fla. - A teenager connected to a Panama City murder will be sentenced to 10 years in prison if he testifies truthfully against the shooter.

Datrion Hand, 16, agreed to the plea deal in court Monday. Prosecutors already have an agreement with a third suspect. 20-year-old Marcus Larry will get 12 years in prison for his testimony. The two men are expected to say that 17-year-old Claude Cook shot and killed Owen Frazier in January over a baggie of marijuana.

Cook is scheduled to return to court in July.
