Panama City, Fla. - With storm preparations in Florida comes shortages of supplies. Several gas stations in the state have run dry, including some here on the panhandle.
Florida saw gas prices rise $.17 a gallon on average after Harvey hit
This morning, many gas stations only had premium fuel or diesel left. Some stations have completely run out of gas.
Sam's club still has all types of gas available, even after days of continuous lines.
But some resident's say if the storm doesn't hit us, no gas is no problem.
There's no reason to panic because several stations have already received new shipments today.
Some smaller, independent stations tell News 13 they will have shipments by the end of the week.
