PANAMA CITY, Fla. - A 16-year-old is charged with attempted murder and burglary after he allegedly stabbed a Panama City man early Wednesday morning.
Logan Chandler was already on probation when he and 21-year-old Marquan Riley broke into a vacant residence so that they could "exchange and consume" narcotic, according to the Panama City Police.
During that encounter, which happened in the 1600 block of Louisiana Avenue, Chandler stabbed Riley four times, police wrote in a news release. Riley has non-lifethreatening injuries and is in stable condition, police added.
The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call police at 872-3100. Anonymous tips can be reported to CrimeStoppers at 786-TIPS.
