PANAMA CITY, Fla. - A Panama City man won $1 million with a Florida Lottery scratch-off ticket.
Zebulun Johnson-Barnes, 43, claimed a $1 million prize in the $10,000,000 WORLD CLASS CASH Scratch-Off game at Florida Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee.
"Johnson-Barnes, who turns 44 on Friday, chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $748,000.00," officials wrote in a news release.
He purchased his winning ticket from West 23rd Street Exxon, located at 128 West 23rd Street in Panama City.
"The $25 game, $10,000,000 WORLD CLASS CASH, launched on February 28 and features more than $549 million in total cash prizes, including two top prizes of $10 million and 46 prizes of $1 million! Overall odds of winning are one-in-2.89," officials wrote.
