Panama City Man Uses Fake Credit Cards to Withdraw Cash from a Destin ATM

Destin, Fla. - A Panama City man faces counterfeit charges in Okaloosa county. According to the Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office, 57 year old Gagik Kesaian used fake credit cards to withdraw cash from ATMs while in Destin. 

Officers responded to a suspicious activity call after a man was seen covering up the atm cameras  and making multiple transactions and maxing out each card. Deputies pulled over the white truck driven by Kesaian shortly after he left the bank. 

Following a search of the vehicle, authorities say they found six atm receipts, along with 16 hundred dollars in twenty dollar bills, and a stack of bank cards with no names or numbers on them. According to the Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office Kesain has been charged with grand theft, fraudulent use of a credit card, trafficking in counterfeit credit cards, criminal use of personal identification information, and a scheme to defraud a financial institution.
